Deep Tissue
Service Description
A more focused treatment for muscular tension and restriction. I may work with myofascial release, trigger points and acupressure, adapting the pressure and techniques to your body. The intention is thoughtful, restorative work rather than simply working as deeply as possible. 90 minutes is especially suited to a full-body treatment, allowing enough time to work with each area without rushing.
